The Registered Office Share from Acorn Business Solutions now comes with even more choice. As standard the Registered Office Share includes the same day scanning of your official mail which will be uploaded to your online account (no more waiting for the post man)

However if you’d prefer we can simply hold your official mail in branch for you to collect in person (we will email to let you know you’ve received mail) or we can mail it out to you at cost.

When selecting the forwarding by mail, you will need to add a mail deposit, this deposit is used to cover the cost of forwarding mail, each time mail is dispatched the cost is deducted from your deposit.

The Registered Office Service includes to receipt and forwarding of your official mail such as letters from Companies House, HMRC and other legal authorities.

Your official mail will bs scanned and and uploaded to your online account (you will be notified by email each time mail is available to view) If you do require the original simply reply to your email within 28 days and we’ll get it in the post (postage charges apply) If you do no request the original within 28 days it will be securely shredded and recycled.

Although you can use your home address if you wish, you should however that this will become public information and be freely available online.

You can keep your home address private and off public records with the Directors Service Address addon. Acorn Business Solutions now include the directors service address at no extra charge (all directors of the same company included)
