How will my mail be forwarded?
As a stand-alone service your mail will generally be scanned over to you the same day, we receive it (no more waiting for the postman to arrive)
If you have another service with us we will follow the instructions on your other service for example if you have a mailbox, we will put your mail in your mailbox and send you an email to let you know. If you have a mail forwarding service, we will forward your mail by post.
If however, you’d prefer your mail to be forwarded onto you instead of scan to email this can be arranged, the only difference is you’d be responsible for the additional mail charges.
Is there anything I cannot receive?
This limited address share is to be used exclusively as the registered address of your limited company as such letters from customers and/or suppliers etc are not included in this service.
Mail from the following bodies will be delivered directly to your email inbox on the same day we receive them (optional forwarding by regular mail also available.)

Can I use the address as my service address?
Yes. The directors service address is now included at no extra charge. Beware of competitors offering their registered address service around the same price (or slightly cheaper) who will charge an extra fee per director.
As part of our commitment to clear and open pricing the directors service address is included completely free of charge for all directors and officers of your company.

Is there a minimum term contract?
Acorn Business Solutions offer its Registered Office share on a choice of 4 options ranging from 1 year right up to 5. The minimum term is simply which ever option you select. You are however free to simply stop using the address if you wish, there would be no refund if you choose to cancel early.
To cancel the service all we ask is for 7 days written notice (by email is fine) simply remove our address from Companies House and let us know providing 7 days’ notice and we’ll get things cancelled for you.
Important: Given the additional administrative work and regulatory requirements the registered office and orders containing the registered office are specifically excluded from our money back guarantee.
