No. It does not matter whether your existing customer or not.
What size are your meeting rooms?
There are currently 3 options available. A single person office great for meeting clients, conducting interviews etc, a 2 person office when you need space free from distractions and a 4 person office ideal for temporary projects etc.
Is there a minimum booking?
The minimum booking is just 1 hour. We also offer discounted rates for half day, full day and weekly bookings.
What facilities are included?
The Office Rental in Manchester from Acorn are all ground floor which easy access, include high speed internet access free and refreshments.
Is there parking and public transport?
Yes, there is free on site parking and as we’re only a couple of minutes walk from Piccadilly Train Station, there are great public transport links by Train, Metrolink (tram) and bus.

Yes. We have disabled parking and all our offices are on the ground floor
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. If you give written notice (by email is fine) 72 hours or more before the commencement of your booking then your booking fee will be refunded in full.
If you are unable to provide 72 hours written notice, then we can only refund the booking fee if a new booking for the same period is made by a third party.
Where no written notice is provided the meeting room will remain reserved for you whether or not you use it, in which case no refund can be given.
Can I change my booking?
To change your booking you must contact us at least 72 hours before the commencement of your booking, this means we can change your booking time/date and make the room available for rebooking.
Where contact is not made or the required 72 hours notice is given, you may need to pay again to change your booking.
